Program

The iFEST program has talks and hands-on workshops running throughout the day so there will always be something on.

Talks include a speaker from Halfbrick, developers of Fruit Ninja. How did it all get started? How did they made it available on Apple’s App Store? and how it got so damn popular!

Other indie developers will be speaking about their special areas of interest like; which software made their artwork awesome, what platforms they built their games on and why or how they made their final games funner than they were to begin with.

Hands-on workshops will be run all day. They’ll include practical sessions on Oscar Award Winning software Maya. The sessions will be run by people who have used Maya in games companies themselves.

They’ll be workshops on coding for Games in C and using game engines like unity. Some workshops will give a basic introduction and others will polish specific technical skills.

If you’re as excited as we are to participate in any aspect of our program, remember to share this page on Facebook, comment on it in Twitter or just go straight to our “Register” Tab above!
